Thomas Nigro and Sons did an excellent job on the replacement of my well water delivery line. The pipe cracked below ground level and flooded our lower home level. Tom and his crew dug a new trench and replaced the pipe in one day. The work done inside our house was very clean. We highly recommend them.
We had a few issues with an old water treatment system: an old Well-Trol tank and a Soda-Ash system that was gunking up. Ben and Evan suggested we switch to a Calcite system. They installed it and also replaced the old Well-Trol tank with a new one. We love the updated setup; we have more space, and it requires much less maintenance than the Soda-Ash treatment system. Nigro does clean, professional work. The guys were a pleasure to work with, showed up on schedule, and charged a reasonable price. We’ll be back for any additional water-related work that needs to be done.
I needed service on the weekend. I say that because sometimes the people working on the weekend can act like they don’t want to be there. Not Chris! He was responsive, communicated with me, helped me understand the costs and even came early. He was awesome!
