“I first met Julian in 2018 when he replaced the hot water heater in my home and he did such a fabulous job that I have reached out for many scheduled - and unscheduled - projects. “Great experience with W.B. Dickenson - called late in day with a washing machine drain/main line blockage issue and Debbie worked me into the schedule first thing the next day. Nate & Ryan called as promised. They arrived early and got right to work. Main line from house to my septic collapsed and needed to be replaced. (Empty) hot tub directly over it? No problem! The boys disconnected the electrical to the hot tub, moved it out of the way, lifted the pavers, dug the trench and replaced the pipe and put everything back the way I requested. Incredible service and customer service which is hard to find these days!!“
