“Phoenix Yoga and Wellness is as full a studio as I have ever seen. She has so many different and interesting classes to take and both studios (which stand side by side) are beautifully decorated and the perfect size to have plenty of room without feeling impersonal. I have been a member since she opened and it’s grown and evolved into something truly impressive and inspiring. I am so happy to have this studio in my neighborhood!”
“I took the ySculpt class with Julia and it was amazing! It was hands down one of the best workouts I've ever had. She had a great bubbly & funny personality too which made the class that much more enjoyable.”
“I’ve been going to the yoga room for over two years and I will never go anywhere else! Melissa and her team are the best of the best. The space is extremely calming, clean and beautifully decorated. You feel an instant sense of peace and comfort the second you walk in the door. The yoga room is my weekly oasis! I highly recommend trying out a class, it’ll keep you coming back for more.”
