“Master Ross runs these classes with a good balance of rigor and sensitivity. He knows just how much to nudge me out of my comfort zone in order to give me confidence to advance my training. There are so many facets to this style, and the challenges are fun even though they are demanding mentally and physically. I leave class and see my life a bit differently. Very grateful to have found this place!“
