ALWAYS call Len, don't even think of calling anyone else! So easy to reach him, answered my text on the weekend, works with my schedule and never keeps me waiting. Such a nice guy, thorough and professional. When I first moved in to my condo, I found my dryer cord and the outlet for it weren't compatible. Len came THE NEXT DAY and fixed the problem. A friend's a/c wasn't working, he fixed it right away. I needed lights in several closets, yup, within days, I had lights. Install a new ceiling fan where there wasn't one before? Oh yeah, done! Wired smoke/co detector, done. Len checked around and found an easy fix to wire my battery Ring doorbell so I don't have to disconnect it to charge it anymore. Next up, outdoor cameras for my parents. Seriously, you don't need anyone but Len Rizzo Electric!

On April 9th i walked into a new wellness business where i live in Prospect, CT. I just wanted to check it out and look at the services. Dr. Awilda Lugo Mendez came out herself and tool me on a tour of her business and showed me everything she offered and more. I immediately felt that i would become a client of Dr. Mendez. After we talked awhile, shared stories and laughed about multiple stories, i asked when i could come back to utilize her services (botox). I was actually able to stay and have it done as i was there. The process of deciding where to inject and where not to was not s quick process. She took her time carefully as to where she would inject. I left feeling so happy with my decision to stay. No bruising when i left or the day after! Dr Mendez is a keeper for me! She will be for you as well!!

Expert craftsmanship with advice to save me money on upgrades I plan to do in the near future. Eric could have put in a reducer at the cost of $100 only to remove it and throw it away and replace it when I replaced my threshold tread in the upcoming future, but advised me to use a metal cover that was free rather than have me pay for the rubber reducer twice. It was little things like that that came up throughout our project that I really appreciated. And the workmanship was top notch.

I receive one-to-one personal attention and my therapy is adjusted based on how I felt after the last session and/or if there is anything going on that day. I have had PT with other groups & therapist were always working with more than 1 client at a time, so they could not focus on either individual. I also love my therapist- she is wonderful!
So I was struggling with finding someone who can administer MLD post op and I ultimately ended up up posting on FB “ISO”. Dana reached out to me and and was super informative and connected me with Ewa. I am super happy this connection took place because I am healing at an extremely fast rate due to her massages, she’s super gentle, yet form and full of helpful tips and knowledge. The facility is clean, quiet and calm. Check in and check out process is quick and efficient and their appt system is very useful. This will be my go to going forward!

Out of all the vehicles I have purchased, working with the team at M sport Motorworx was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Lawrence’s honesty and knowledge about the cars gave me the confidence to buy the car sight unseen and drive 7 hours to pick it up! There’s really not many places like this left, and if you have the chance to actually go pick your vehicle up the experience will not disappoint. From the guys detailing the cars and mechanics, even Ms Natalie (who does your paperwork) you can tell they all have an actual passion for what they do and put the customer and the cars first!
I can’t wait to give them a call again when I see something else pop up on their website that I need or want. They really made it easy to recommend them to anyone I know looking for that special car.

Casey and her staff are the nicest and kindest women. Started going to them 5 yrs ago when they fixed my hair after a botch from a different salon. They try to be very accommodating and normally can book you within a week (or two during busy holiday seasons). Just call ahead and they call the day before to confirm too.
Been going here over 9 years this time was totally different rushed, receptionists disrespectful rude concerned about future weather instead of focusing on me (customer) approached counter she looked at me said what? in condescending tone usually after doctor hands receptionist paper work need info for next step, her response I just got paperwork, and now I need next move let someone know I need to look at new glasses DUH! Asked if I had pictures taken again little confused why asked shouldn't she know by looking at paper work ? She tried to charge $43 I questioned charge then she looked oh it says zero! I drive twice 25 miles each way here because I use to feel important as a patient. When I make last trip to receive new glasses will look for new service closer to home with professional service places are dime a dozen they need satisfied patients for buisness success,jobs and survival. Good Luck Feel bad for DR Kline in the DE-KLINE of customer service.

Major Inground Pool Rehab Project:
I recently had to have a new liner put in my pool that Prospect Pools originally installed s long time ago. It was expected as the liner was past its service life. Chris came up and explained all the options, recommending a particular liner color which wound up being a great choice - looks beautiful. He also suggested some small cosmetic changes I could do that greatly enhanced the final product. Also, the pool stairs were worn from use so we added a stair replacement into the project at my request. The pricing was quite fair. It was a huge job. Throughout it all, Anna and Chris always were available and kept me informed and helped with many suggestions and recommendations. They 100% stand by their work even when there are manufacturer issues. Working with them always is a pleasure. The pool looks nicer today than when it was first installed, as it is updated and refreshed / modernized per their suggestions. Their crews are outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, they strive for perfection and they are friendly, professional and respectful of the property. Tearing your pool apart and rebuilding it is a big commitment, and Anna and Chris definitely are the ones who do it with.

Update: The newly installed pump failed and Prospect Pools was up the very next day first thing in the morning with a no cost, no hassle replacement. Great people, great company.
Original Post: My pool pump seized Memorial Day weekend. I emailed Prospect Pools, the owner called me and Prospect Pools came out that Tuesday and installed a new pump. Amazingly quick response especially considering the holiday. Reasonable price, and very high quality work and attention to detail by the crew. I’ve been working with Prospect Pools for a long time and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them. Anna, Chris and the entire staff are great.
