Literally from the initial phone call to actually having my dog seen was completely easy and calm. Of course, mentally I’m freaking out bc my dog was having diarrhea for 5 days. But every member of your staff was so kind with getting her seen. The vet tech and doctor answered all my questions and were incredibly kind to my dog. It really is the best place to take a dog with vet anxiety. They handled her so well!
I’ve taken my dogs and cat there for many years and have always been happy with the care we received. Everyone from the welcoming reception team to the Vet Techs and the Professional Veterinarians, treat us warmly and with respect. I will continue to use their services for all of my pets.
The vet tech and vet were SO great with my dogs. From voice, to demeanor, to communication. I have two dependent and anxious rescue pups, one who can be reactive, and they were just excellent making them feel comfortable. By the end my pups wanted to stay and get more treats. After moving to Prospect recently, I feel far more at ease having them nearby.
