ALWAYS call Len, don't even think of calling anyone else! So easy to reach him, answered my text on the weekend, works with my schedule and never keeps me waiting. Such a nice guy, thorough and professional. When I first moved in to my condo, I found my dryer cord and the outlet for it weren't compatible. Len came THE NEXT DAY and fixed the problem.
