“There's something about calling a local company and having a living, breathing human being answer the phone to help you. I'm willing to pay a premium for responsive customer service. I don't think I would have kept an oil heating system in my home for this many years, if it weren't for Ryan's Oil. I had a service issue a couple of years ago and they came immediately. They always arrive when they are scheduled and I feel that I can rely on them should another emergency arise.“

“First off, I have to state the owner is super responsive. I had a situation where over the winter my pipes burst and I honestly didn't know who to turn to in crunch time, so I just gave it a shot and gave a call. To my surprise he was able to come out the same day and was able to complete the job. The came back to fix something else that I couldn't do myself. And on top of that I had another leak in which AGAIN he was able to come out the same day and fix it. Highly recommend him and his partner.“

We completely forgot to schedule our furnace cleaning earlier in the season, and we’re looking up local companies that had availability. We were able to get an appointment in less than a week, and the online scheduling was so easy! Rich cleaned our furnace, he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The next day, we had a furnace issue unrelated to the work Rich had done the day prior. He returned our call within a half hour and was back at our house to help! “I had the good fortune of calling Ray Eramo Plumbing & Heating Inc. of Hamden to take a look at one of my central air conditioning units that wasn't working. I was expecting him to tell me that both units would need to be replaced and he would be able to get to it by the end of the summer. What I found was that Ray was as honest as the day is long. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot. Our A/C was back up & running within the hour.
