“After 37 years, our central air conditioning unit died in one of the hottest spells of weather this summer. We asked for friends' recommendations and East Coast Mechinical came up multiple times so we contracted with them for installation. While we waited for the Trane system to be installed, East Coast lent us two window air conditioners to get us through the heat spell. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend East Coast Mechanical as well.”

They began and finished the installation of a new system the following 2 days. The salesperson and installation team were so professional. The process was seamless. “Met him on a Saturday night emergency call. he returned my call in less than 10 minutes from calling the emergency line, came by within 90 minutes and had the precious part in his truck to fix it within an hour!<br>We are new to house and heating system, he pointed out we had wrong compression tank size and could fall - and that would be bad!<br>He recommended servicing (which we were planning on and put off until now) the furnace and replacing the expansion to the correct size.. now it doesn't have any water!! He also showed us we were missing a filter.. which is why our basement smelled bad like oil!<br><br>Great service, high quality work, fair price, and HONEST!! Support local business”

They surpassed my first experience! I got a whole new HVAC system. Mike gave me the estimates, often responding on the weekends. Ashley helped me apply for financing through ESmart loans. I could not have done this without them. All nice people, too. A++./Quick response time. Came when they said they would. Friendly and polite. Gave me an estimate and insurance documents. Their pricing was very fair, they showed up on time and as an engineering type guy I can say the work was top notch. I was very nervous due to the difficulties with the old system but, after running some calculations, Sam fully explained to me why the old system had problems and how they were going to solve them.
