I’ve been using Bill Dunn for septic pumping and emergency repairs for over 25 years across multiple properties, and I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else.

Bill is one of those rare people who combines professionalism, experience, and genuine personality. He always takes the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes, but when it comes to the work itself, he is extremely meticulous. The worksite is always kept clean, he’s careful with the lawn and driveway, and he takes the time to thoroughly inspect everything instead of just rushing through the job.

Called Bill for a septic clean out, was out within a few days, Bill came out himself and was super friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and all around a very nice fellow to deal with.Took the time to answer my septic questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, super informative! Will definitely be using again and highly recommended to anyone for their septic needs.
