The performance lab has provided an environment for me to heal from back surgery and gain back confidence in my ability to live a healthy lifestyle. I also bring both of my children who are involved in multiple sports. It is the best thing we have done for them as they grow as athletes.

I have been utilizing the performance lab for over a year! Game changer! The staff is always knowledgeable and flexible. Every time I go in for dry needling I end up leaving there feeling relief from whatever is bothering me (usually back, hips or shoulders). I am armed with stretches and exercises that will help keep my body continue to heal. They offer a variety of options to help get your body performing well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing business! I have been going to the Performance Lab for two years now and it has changed my life. When you go there it isn't just physical therapy. You learn how to better your life outside of just those four walls, its the knowledge and education you will never get anywhere else. Your appointments are one on one with your therapist, which doesn't happen at any other physical therapy location that I have ever heard of. The staff is so sweet, helpful, and some of my favorite people. They also have cryotherapy, a sauna, and micronutrient training. I am forever grateful that I found this place!! Definitely go check them out!-Sarah
