Attended a golf tournament yesterday and had the benefit of a hamstring stretch before teeing off. Very professional and friendly staff. Their energetic passion for what they do is contagious. Highly recommended!! Thank you to Rebecca and staff for a fantastic stretch!

I started with Sciatica in September, which lead me to my primary who recommended physical therapy. Popping
Tylenol, Advil, Motrin - I did all the stretches that pt recommended, I did anything anyone told me that would help but come Christmas I ended up in the emergency room , withering in pain. (anyone who had bad sciatica knows what i mean) . Well $500 later Dr sends me off with prescription that did nothing for the pain.
That’s were Becky and Performance Lab come in. My daughter convinced me to try dry needling!

I hobbled in and they told me-don’t worry - we got you - and they did!! Between the dry needling and the massages and the stretching - they had me up and walking - even dancing for New Year’s Eve!

My son saw Melissa P. for a sprained AC joint - football injury. Melissa was amazing! She used the latest technologies and therapies and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He felt a huge improvement after 2 visits. Athletes can become impatient about their healing and Melissa was also inspiring and encouraging. After 5 visits and exercises and stretching that Melissa recommended he do and continue to do, he was good to go for the upcoming season.
