Today was my first time at the salon Erica did my hair and the experience was wonderful. She did an amazing job and and was so welcoming. Going to a new salon is not easy but this was a great experience.

So happy I found Balanca Hair Salon. I showed Rebecca some pics of the style I was looking for….layers and volume for thin hair. She was very focused and friendly as her fingers/scissors flew quickly through my hair. She then blew dry/styled my hair and it was perfect! All that in less than 30 minutes, many thanks! 😄
