My first time getting my teeth cleaned here. The dental hygienist I went to was very talented. Her name is Jess T. - highly recommend to anyone who is looking to receive dental work from a professional who provides exceptional dental services. The best part was that she was informative throughout the procedure, and displays a passion for the work she provided. Outside of Jess, all of the staff were friendly, patient, and professional. I highly recommend to anyone seeking high quality dental services.
Always a great experience from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave! The girls at the front desk are all great and helpful and the Dr.’s are second to none! They prepared me for my procedure, answered all my questions and made me feel calm and at ease! I recommended my entire family and all my friends to go to them. If you need a dentist, do yourself a favor and reach out to them!
My first time at the Prospect location but not my first time with Dr. Ken. The staff at the front desk were cordial, checked me in and answered all of my questions regarding insurance, billing, etc. Sarah was my Hygienist and made me comfortable and relaxed from the time she introduced herself to me to the end of my cleaning. I’m definitely making sure I get her for my next cleaning. Dr. Ken??? (We don’t deserve him)!!!! Totally professional in all of his skills along with an incredible personality and who walks you through the entire process of what needs to be accomplished in layman’s terms.
