Jesse and Dave, technicians with Hope Plumbing were sent to our home this morning to look at our ductless air conditioning units. They were both very professional, treated us with respect, listened to our questions and concerns and answered honestly. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and took all the time needed to explain our options in great detail.
