Last night our AC stopped working after hours. My daughter has been suffering from asthma and was in the middle of a flare up. I called and first the tech tried to help me in case it was something that I could fix. Then came out immediately and fixed it very quickly. “I installed solar on my home in 2022. The installation was smooth, efficient, and very well done. HOWEVER, what I am really impressed by is the customer service. I had and issue with my solar panels in June of 2024 and half of my units were not working. I called prime and within a few days they had a tech out to look at my panels and had them fixed and back up running at full efficency. In an age where a lot of companies will try to wiggle out of a warranty or try to find an excuse to sell you more products, it is nice to know at least one company sticks by their word and fixes your issues with no additional hassle.
