THANK YOU CHANTEL AND MIKE! We were so thrilled with our decision to go with Miss Chantel’s Star Dance Academy for our wedding dance lessons. We appreciated how friendly and transparent Chantel was during our inquiry process - something we did not experience talking to other studios. We had very little previous dance experience but Chantel and Mike came very prepared for each lesson, and made the choreography SO easy for us to pick up. It was so helpful to have 2 instructors so we could each follow along. Some of the dip and twirl techniques they taught us helped during our photography moves as well, and ended up with some of our favorite shots of the night!
We could not have ever imagined all the more advanced moves we ended up in our dance after just 4 lessons. This was NOT just simple stand and swaying, and everyone was SO impressed with the final product at our wedding.
This was some of the most fun we had during the entire wedding planning process, as each lesson became a date night, and were so happy to have made some friends along the way :) If you’re looking to do a choreographed dance for your wedding, do not hesitate to book Chantel!!

Just got my eyebrows shaped and tinted with Violet and I love them!!! She took a lot of care to map the shape, perfect the tint formula and to wax very gently. And on top of that, I was done very quickly. Love the quality and the service. ?

His eye for color is unequivocal. He is a true blue master. His salon is beautiful and sparkling clean. Time spent in his salon is the equivalent of a mini vacation. I brought my autistic non verbal 5yo for a cut with very low expectations due to past experiences with him fighting and trying to escape barbers. However Eddy was extremely patient, fast, and made my sons cut look amazing. Very clean shop and age appropriate for children.
My first haircut in the USA, I was fully satisfied with the result of my haircut and beard trim. The shop is run by the old couple and the shop takes you to your childhood days and felt like I need to get my hair trimmed again only by them, if I ever needed.

While there’s so many words to describe Danielle’s talent, the first that comes to mind is.. WOW! I stumbled upon her page by entering a contest on Instagram, not at all thinking I would win. Then I was selected, not at all thinking I would go through with it. After checking her page and seeing so many fabulous results, I finally caved and booked the appointment. Danielle was AMAZING. While the final results are physical proof of her pure talent, what I appreciated the most was her wealth of knowledge and ability to explain the process in detail, step by step. Within 15 minutes of walking through the door, I went from apprehensive and terrified to super excited with 0 anxiety! Danielle knows her stuff, is super thorough, and had the cutest (and cleanest!!) studio. I’d say run, don’t walk to Signature Brows & if you’re in the fence.. this is your sign to DO IT! What a GEM! I drove past this place for years without stopping. I thought I had to go to Cheshire, Branford or Wallingford to get a great style. It was serendipitous that brought me in -every aspect has surpassed my expectations. First and foremost is the great haircut from Reese! She cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted on the 1st visit; and repeated the cut in addition to low lighting on the 2nd. And at less than ½ price I had been charged at other places. I so enjoy how easy Reese and the owner (who also a great cut and style) make going to them- no fuss, hands on ONE-TO-ONE service (instead of having different people for shampoo, cut, blow dry). My husband has decided to go there also. I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied - definitely give it a go. You are sure to be pleased.

She listened to me rant about my hair and actually took the time to look at my curl pattern and the way my curls fell, as well as talk about what kind of cuts have worked for me in the past, what kind of cut I would like to be seen in, and how to make my hair work for me, given that I'm super busy. She took her time cutting my hair dry without stretching the curl, and after it was washed and dried (gently diffused), she looked to be sure everything looked correctly, and asked me what, if anything, I'd like to see changed. She also told me I could reach out if anything big or small was bothering me about it. I'm happy with the way my haircut has worked out, and I'll be going back to Rebecka again.

I have 6 tattoos from Cheryl at Time and Tide and 6 piercings from Cassius. I drive down to Merridan from Western Mass (where tat and piercing studios are a dime a dozen) to work with these people. I trust this shop explicitly for my body modification needs. I am scheduled for my 7th in April '26. The photos pictured here are 3 of the lobe piercings Cassius did for me and the healed Knee Cap tat that Cheryl did. I have more examples of their work but they are buried in my phone at the time of writing.

A broken pipe under the driveway caused wet patches to appear on concrete. Plumbing Service located the leak with special equipment and repaired it without major digging. The surface dried completely.
Alexander was very knowledgeable and did a great job with unclogging our shower drain. I was shocked at how much hair he was able to get out. We’re so happy to be able to take a shower without waiting two hours for the water to drain.

The office is clean,spacious, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I am currently seeing him for an injury caused by an auto collision and I couldn’t be any more impressed in how well he documents and works with my attorney. My Therapist is Jill who has a great fun upbeat personality but is a seasoned pro. She takes a thorough input before the session and then focuses on my problem areas but manages the time extremely well to allow for a true full body massage. she checks the pressure periodically and adjusts as requested.
