I called Charlotte Y for a estimate on a new deck. Jose immediately answered the phone, and subsequently came to my house the next day for an estimate. Upon looking at what the job entailed, he gave an excellent price. With in a day or 2, Jose had a crew show up and start demolishing the old deck. The workers showed up on time and stayed the entire day. The new deck came out beautiful. Any obstacles that arose, Charlotte Y quickly handled in a proper manner. I would definitely recommend Charlotte Y Home Improvement, as well as use them again on any and all future projects. Excellent job!!!
