Called Daffodil Plumbing on Monday for a toilet repair, and a plumber (Mike Melendez) came out the same day to diagnose the problem. I paid the deposit and scheduled the repair for Thursday morning.
My only complaint is the scheduling. The Thursday morning appointment was pushed to 12–4 p.m., then delayed again until about 6 p.m. It seems dispatch may be overbooking plumbers, making it difficult to keep appointment windows. The plumbers shouldn’t be blamed—they’re doing their jobs and are the face of the company.

These guys Chris and Mike were absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and fast for a water heater installation they were very nice and they put up with my father in laws nonsense which is hard to do so kudos to them I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber thank you again so much!
The technicians were honest, clean, and did a great job. It’s evident that they are professionals. I found the price a bit higher, but I suppose the company charges extra for emergencies. Nevertheless, the service was good, quick, and professional.
