I appreciated them being upfront about possible issues! That being said, I just picked it up today and it’s PERFECT. They do beautiful work, you can’t even tell that it was worked on. “Brought in my winter comforter to be washed and dried. Was returned nicely bagged on hangers ready to store in my closet. Looked brand new. Also had wool coat I bought at a consignment shop and that came back looking great. Have had only positive experiences with Tide. The lovely woman employee even carried the comforter out to my car which I very much appreciated because it was very heavy. Prices are reasonable and at times they offer coupons. Will continue to use Tide cleaners as they are efficient and extremely pleasant.”
