“My 8yr old daughter had a tooth that broke in half and was causing her pain and discomfort. I called the office early Saturday morning and let them know the situation and they were understanding and accommodating and were able to see her that same day! We went in, they examined the tooth, were able to extract it promptly. We were in and out in a short period of time. We were so thankful for their help and professionalism. We have been going there for many years and Saturday was a perfect example of why we have stayed as patients their for many years. Front office staff are amazing and Kind. “I highly recommend Dr. Zdeblick. I was a patient of Dr. Zdeblick a very long time ago when I lived in Southington. I am now back in New Jersey and think of him often. He is by far THE best dentist I have ever gone to. I use to be petrified of going to a dentist and found Dr. Z when I was having major problems with my teeth. He listened to my fears and anxieties and totally desensitized them. I had several appts before work was performed in my mouth which got me use to coming into the office, being prepped and getting use to the smell and sounds of the dental environment. “Mondovi Management,I always get my teeth cleaned by the Dental Hygenist named Shamaila. She is very pleasant and always does a great job. My last visit was not as pleasant for me. Not because of the Hygenist. Apparently, the new owner (Mondovi) is so concerned about collecting data that the patients are subjected to listening to noisy entries into the computer program that Hygenists are required to make to track each tooth being cleaned. I think the efficiency experts that are tracking down to each tooth being cleaned as well as the time consumed by the Hygenists to do their job have forgotten the most important part of this program ...........................,....THE CUSTOMER!!! You are making this very difficult for all involved. You have reasons to get your data, but it really impacts the good relationships that long term patients have with their Dentist, Hygenists and Office Staff. Keep it up and you won't have much data to collect .... You won't have many customers to data_mine from!!Mr. Brady“
