“Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time.We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. He is really a very good listener and tries to understands the customer needs. “Late 2019 the boiler at out Church had a catastrophic failure just as the winter cold began. First Choice Home Services, Al, stepped up to the plate to help. He found a boiler replacement but delivery was a problem because of Covid. There were delivery issues and Al was willing to travel to get the parts if needed. He quickly arranged to install the boiler and get everything working. Also, he provided some temporary heat to the building to try and keep the building somewhat warm. The basement was old, damp and dark. Al and his team made everything come together timely. He is also someone who returns your call promptly. His workmanship is the highest quality and he is highly recommended. “Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. He said that they could be at our home the next morning and have our water working that day for much less than we were previously quoted. My mother and I were so relieved. Craig arrived the next morning, as he promised, with his team R.J. and Hunter. They evaluated the situation and started the work immediately. They were so respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything that they were doing and did an amazing job. We had water in less than three hours. And they did this for less than a third of the cost that the first company quoted. Craig saved us thousands of dollars! Craig and his team R.J. and Hunter have exemplary work ethics. They also offer free same-day estimates and take care of our elderly and veterans by offering discounts. Craig is the third-generation owner of Zeke’s company and truly a man of integrity. “We had a faucet that was leaking underneath the kitchen counter. Leaving came and fixed it. He found the kind of faucet we wanted and went right to work. His work is excellent! He then came back and put a mixer on the furnace so that the water would not be so hot coming from the boiler. His work was absolutely wonderful! He did such a great job!! He cleans up after himself and leaves no mess. I recommend Kevin. He was recommended to us by our burner man.“

“Jamie goes above and beyond! As new homeowners, we were recommended to him from our realtor and have used him used him for a few small jobs around the house. The reason I am leaving this review though is for helping us with a real emergency last week. We had a sump pump failure around 8pm on a Wednesday night. We honestly didn't know who else to call as our whole basement was flooded. We called Jamie and he come out in no less than 15 minutes. The guy could have been asleep on his couch for all we know, but he didn't even bat an eye. He even brought a new sump pump to install incase we didn't have one. He helped my husband get all the water out of our basement and install the new sump pump. He eased my worries of having to file an insurance claim and my fear that it was worse damage than it was. After all this, I was prepared to pay upwards of $1000 but he charged us a very reasonable price and didn't throw any extra charges in for "emergency services" like some other companies would. We will never use another plumber again and will recommend Jamie and his company to anyone we know. Thanks again Jamie!!!“
