“I live equally close to the Guilford and Clinton studios so I attend both studios based on which classes suit my schedule each week.<br><br>I attend the weekend morning heated power classes and they are my favorite. Sometimes I attend the weeknight relaxing flows.<br><br>This studio is a welcoming place where instructors encourage you to make each practice work for you— sometimes I take it up a notch with three legged vinyasa and sometimes I go easy with dropping a knee for side plank. I like how the instructors always give variation ideas during practice.”
