“We were so pleased with our basement finish from beginning to end. Our project was fairly simple in scope...a bonus room with a full bath, small closet, linen closet, and a couple unfinished storage areas we wanted closed off. We met with Scott twice who did 3D renderings of our personalized design and had great options to maximize space. His renderings even sold us on the accent tile wall with fireplace. Our project manager was Sara and she was excellent with communicating updates daily and making sure all our questions were answered. She was understanding with our change orders and was prompt with replies and answers. Chris also helped out with some installation items for us and final installs of product, including a custom size linen closet door that arrived as our project had just finished. Every contractor we dealt with was very professional, respectful, punctual, and we plan to use some of their companies contractors for other house projects. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we LOVE our new space.“
