As a 40-something father of two young kids who was working a stressful job, I made the intentional decision to work on myself - both physically and emotionally. Fitness to me had only been focused on cardio. I knew I wanted to get stronger, but with limited experience with strength training, didn’t know how to go about it. Enter Scott - he is an incredible teacher who was coached me through proper form on a variety of exercises, while keeping me motivated and holding me accountable. Even more importantly, he’s a great dude who is fun to work out with. Through weekly session (2x or 3x), regular cardio, focus on diet and monthly check-ins and measurements (including In Body scans), I’ve seen a real improvement in my strength and my lean body mass and most importantly, I feel healthier. As a recreational skier, I’d often dread the leg burn I’d feel my first couple times out each season. This season, thanks to my leg work with Scott - no burn! I’m looking forward to our continued work and am confident it’s helping me be a healthier parent and a healthier person!“

To this day I've never met a more dedicated Coach than Coach Sully. The gym is a place where he will rise you above your limits and make you better than ever before.
Every time I would come here my skills would explosively progress in short periods of time that would be noticeable when I would go train at other gyms.

“I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life. “I am so thankful I found Northglenn Health and Fitness. I have tried multiple gym memberships over the years and never truly felt comfortable at one, but it’s been a completely different experience here. Jennifer, Patrick, Rachael, and Brad are all amazing; they are so friendly, personable, supportive, and fun! I love that they cater to all fitness levels, including beginners - I have really appreciated being eased into things and receiving personalized programming. I also like the touchpoints along the way, such as athlete check-ins and programming calls. They are also so sweet to their members; for example, it was my birthday recently, and I loved the birthday board upfront and the personalized, handwritten card with confetti they mailed to me! Those kinds of little touches make an already amazing experience here even better.
My absolute favorite thing is that it’s clear that they genuinely care and have a true passion for helping people meet their goals.
