I’ve been making some changes in diet and general physical activity but have read so much about weights that I wanted to give it a go. Just not a HIIT or gym machine kinda’ gal. Working with Will through Scott Beall’s program has been exactly what I needed. Will is patient, observant and incredibly encouraging — he meets you where you are but still pushes you to grow. He explains form in a way that actually sticks and creates an environment that feels safe and non-intimidating.
After a few short months, I already feel more powerful in my body, I’m seeing real gains and I’m doing lifts I never thought I’d feel comfortable with. It’s shifted how I think about my long-term health and made the gym feel far less intimidating.

I can remember the first day that I went to persevernece. I was terrified, didn't know what I was doing but my friend invited me and introduced me to Courtney. He was very welcoming and helped ease my anxiety. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. I've never seen results like I have now! The community is welcoming and supportive.

I have tried multiple gym memberships over the years and never truly felt comfortable at one, but it’s been a completely different experience here. Jennifer, Patrick, Rachael, and Brad are all amazing; they are so friendly, personable, supportive, and fun!
