We had to replace a heat pump recently. Over two extremely hot days, Ernesto, Alex, Nathan, and Mike did a fantastic job on the install. They had to navigate a couple of unexpected challenges. Mike was particularly impressive as he showed a willingness to be helpful in all situations. and come back and make sure thijngs were right--more than once!! Efren the Blue Valley HVAC Tech was Knowledgeable, Professional, Timely, Genuine, Kept customer in the loop as far as what he was doing to remedy the HVAC issue.. However, the repair consisted of a new 3/4 inch pvc condensate pipe.
10 feet of pvc,, 6 couplings and $400 and after diagnosis which took 20 mins should have taken 1/2 hour to measure, cut and glue up. Great personable guy.. pvc max $60. Install max 30 mins, diagnosis max 20 mins. $400 for repair fairly steep. Service call fee was reasonable
