Tom was terrific and very professional. This turned out to be a big job and Tom kept us informed, did his best to minimize the disruption in the house and was very respectful of our property. He understands and delivers on Blue Valley’s commitment to customer service.
Blue Valley is a business built on high morals and outstanding ethics. It is evident by the people they hire and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Despite having a very atypical furnace install, they made things right and stand behind their word. Max is a standout among their service people. Very knowledgeable, kind and thorough in all that he does. The owner Brandon seems to treat his employees as extended family and this attitude trickles down to us as customers. It’s a rare find these days in a business that puts doing the right thing over profits.
Blue Valley has been maintaining and servicing my AC and furnace for the past 1-2 year. Shout out to Max who did a very thorough maintenance check of my systems. He reviewed pictures with me and took the time to discuss priorities in repairs and maintenance balancing what's necessary vs. recommended with our budget in mind. I appreciated his genuine and authentic approach and didn't feel like I was just trying to be upsold.
