The level of detail in scheduling and follow up was very good. This was very pleasing to my wife who stayed home to allow the technician in. She felt the technician was very professional and represented your company well.
My furnace started acting up, and was slowly getting worse. I've used Service Experts in the past for other service, so I gave them a call to have a look and see what (if anything) could be done.Raquel and Craig paid me a visit the same day I called in, which I certainly appreciate as my furnace had basically stopped heating entirely. Raquel serviced the furnace, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and thoroughly checked things out. In the end, I have a working furnace once more! Service Experts recently installed a steam humidifier in our home. Rocky came out today to get it up and running after the electrical connection was completed. She was very professional, punctual and friendly. We've been using Service Experts for about a year and are very happy with their service.
