John and his crew did a great job installing our new AC. They were responsive to my questions, showed up on time, went above and beyond installing the new AC unit. Beyond all that, the price was very reasonable.
I’d been without a working AC for five years and enough was enough. I’d read the reviews and Reddit recommendations for Stone. John reached out after I filled out the form on the website and came out to provide me a quote. I’d done some research and he came in at a very reasonable number for a new Rheem unit. When I was ready, they were ready to go just about a week later. John, Aiden, and one other gentlemen whose name I didn’t get (sorry!) showed up on time and quickly hauled my old unit out. I now sit in my blissfully cool home typing this. These guys have my recommendation as long as they are in business!
John and his team installed a new Rheem AC this week and did a terrific job. They arrived early in the day and worked all day until about 4pm after running into a few snags. They were pleasant to have around, very good at communicating and I would recommend them highly. Thanks John! Appreciated them removing our old unit as well.
