“I needed someone to take a look at my A/C when it stopped cooling. Good communication and responsive. Jacob W. checked the system for an hour to identify the issue. He was able to rule out the most common issues quickly, and finally discovered the problem, which required an easy fix. He explained everything really well.”
“Trevor was very professional, respectful of my home, pleasant and explained all the furnace elements and how they work.
Cleaned my furnace and said I was good to go. Will request him next visit.
Also very good communication with the appointment and reminders.”
“Can’t say enough good things about Shepherd Heating and Air. We had an initial company come out and tell us that we needed to replace the entire AC unit. Thankfully we called Shepherd to come in for a second opinion. Taylor was really kind and responsive over the phone, and our technician Patrick was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a repair very quickly after arriving. He was able to complete the repair in the same visit so we didn’t have to schedule any follow up appointments, which we were really grateful for given how hot it was! Patrick was honest, transparent, and really generous with his knowledge and gave us maintenance tips for how to avoid the issue in the future. This is an honest company that cares about helping people and the community, and they will be my first call next time there’s an HVAC issue.”
