We had new HVAC installed last summer, 2022, by M & M and we were more than 100% satisfied. From initial explanation of product & cost all the way thru completion of work was top drawer and prices were correct and competitive. Today, Feb 10, we just had our semi annual PM visit for the furnace with Steve & Kyle. Service and explanation were very professional and both gentlemen provide great customer service. We can tell they both know everything from the extra details they provide as they go thru the process. We will always and only use M &M.
On an extremely cold morning in late January, we woke up to a broken furnace. I called M and M and Derrik A arrived within hours to assess the situation. He was incredibly competent and kind. Two days later, Derrik A returned to our home with Cody G and John S to replace our ancient furnace with a beautiful shiny new one. These three men were courteous, conscientious, and professional, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. I am grateful that they went above and beyond to help us. We will be recommending M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical to friends, family, and anyone else who will listen.
