Routine inspection & testing (as part of a their service program) of Lennox system was performed. Issues id’ed included unacceptable weak blower motor capacitor, worn contactor, dirty blower, dirty condenser fins, and dirty evaporator condensate tray. David was highly knowledgeable, thorough, experienced, and dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. Also discussed were ways to improve system efficiency and reliability. My experiences with My Guy HVAC is far superior to competing firms I have used and I highly recommend them to others who want high value for their HVAC needs.

Just had My Guy Heating and Air come and install a brand-new unit. Park, Ivan, Carol, Danny, Ramon and Matthew were very polite, professional and worked very hard in the heat. Wes Cardenas had come out same day earlier this week to do our quote and was extremely thorough, patient with no pressure. He came back out after the unit was installed to make sure we were happy, satisfied and to see if there was anything else he could do for us. I have to say - from Wes to Diane to all the guys who made this possible - we are extremely grateful. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you, guys. You all were GREAT!!

He was friendly, efficient, professional and had a great smile. He gets a 5-star rating for the excellent job he did. At the end of each servicing My Guy always takes the time to go over their findings/issues, show pictures of their work and ask if we have any questions.
