“Chose Front Range Water Heater & Excavation due to their excellent customer service and willingness to answer all my questions. They provided several estimates as we changed our minds between electric and gas. Finally went for the Bradford White Power Direct Vent model which so far is working great.

This was not just a water heater replacement, but a complete redoing of our pipes as well as rerouting the exhaust vent and adding a combustion intake that was not there before. Ivan was our technician and he is the main reason for this great review. He was simply amazing on how he fixed the previously installed lines to make it very professional and clean. I would give 20 stars if that was an option.

In addition to the water heater installation, Ivan also did an excellent job relocating two garden hose bibs. This involved cutting the ceiling in some areas of my finished basement but it was done cleanly. He also made sure to place plastic covers and “walls” to reduce the amount of dust. Again excellent job.

“I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have done in the first place as all of our water lines are connected. They really went above and beyond getting the job done and making sure I would have hot water available this evening. They were patient and took their time checking to ensure that everything was running before leaving. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but their initials are B.S. and T.P. I wanted to shout out to them and say thank you again! 10/10 Wonderful job!“

“I called Relief Home Services in somewhat of a panic because my sewer drain was backed up. Of course, I had all of the worst case scenarios in my head. Bob showed up in the time frame that I was told he would be there. Bob is a great guy, full of stories, bad jokes and LOTS of knowledge about sewers, which is exactly what I needed. He worked on the sewer lines for two hours and even though he wasn't sure what the outcome was going to be, he stuck with it and solved my issues.
