Worked with Greg on a commercial project in Loveland and it was great. He was easy to work with, communicative and professional. Highly recommend for any projects you have in Northern Colorado.
I had a major remodel done which took about 9 months (pretty good) and consisted of creating a second story on an older home. project was completed January 2022 and was pretty stressful as most projects of this magnitude can be. unlike some people in the construction business - Greg was responsible and worked with me on all I asked for and I am pleased with the final result. I had a major remodel done which started in early 2021 and was complete by January 2022. when I say major - this is not an exaggeration. the project consisted of popping the top on the house and creating a second story. there were of course the typical things that happen with major remodels and it does not go like the HGTV shows and complete in 8-12 weeks. considering all the work done - we had a great result. I waited this long to post a review as it was super stressful during the process and once it was done - I wanted to never do another home project again. now that it's been over a year, I have really enjoyed my "new" home. unlike many contractors - greg did stay on task. so many contractors will never return your calls or quote a price that is way too high - I felt like Greg was fair and in the end, I'm very glad I chose him for the job. I continue to get compliments on the house.
