“We had an AC blower fan motor failure and I called another local company to inspect and diagnose. After two weeks and five phone calls, I was told that parts were not ordered and there was no timeline for fixing the unit. I called Blue Valley and they had a HVAC tech out (Jason Baker) within the hour, inspected, conducted diagnostics on the system, and located a replacement blower fan motor within about an hour. I received a call the next day that Jason and new motor were on the way over. My system was up and cooling within 24 hours from my initial call to Blue Valley. They are local, professional, experienced, communicative, and client focused. Jason was highly experienced and walked me through the diagnostics, describing what should be happening during start up etc. and made sure I understood what happened to the unit and how it would be rectified. I ended up learning a lot about my system and heating and cooling in general. It was a super positive experience and I highly recommend Jason and Blue Valley to everyone.“

“Just wanted to mention that Dillon and his brother were very nice. The company is honest and very upfront. We ended up buying a new condenser unit and was told not to spend the money from a luxury one. Their reasoning was great and saved us a butt ton of money. I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend. Also, please watch out for the A/c places that try to price gouge you. I had one company try to charge $200 for putting nitrogen in the system so they could solder the tubes. Hope this review helps someone. :)“

“Corey and Vertical Heating&Cooling are simply unbelievable! One of our two water heaters was flooding into the crawl space along with flooding from a water line. The two were not related but created a giant mess. Corey responded right away. Reorganized his schedule for our emergency! Corey not only replaced the ruined duct, but called a water restoration company for us. Repiped and Installed a tankless heater, and did a maintenance check on our HVAC.
