“After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new HVAC company due to over charges and false diagnostics.Service: HVAC system repair“

“I first called Sanchez Mechanical because my furnace died and I was trying to DIY a fix and was trying to source a spark igniter - Sid was super helpful over the phone and told me to just overnight one on Amazon since most contractors won't sell parts and if they do they'll overcharge by a lot for them.So I did, and turns out that wasn't the issue. Sid was so helpful on the phone he was the first person I called. He was able to come that morning, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the actual problem. He was in and out in 15 minutes, and patiently answered my curious questions.Sometimes it's hard to find good contractors that are honest, fair, and experts in their field. Stop looking and give Sanchez Mechanical a call right now, you won't be disappointed.“

“I called Matt in a bind with freezing temps and my furnace no longer working. He immediately headed my way and kept me posted along the way with his timing. Matt informed me throughout his analysis what he was looking for and when he identified the issue what it was and what he needed to fix it. Thinking ahead he had already picked up the part and he was able to fix it quickly. My furnace is old and he could have easily told me I needed to replace it and I would have, but he did not and was honest with what was needed today.
