My a/c stopped working on a hot Saturday, with a forecast for an even hotter Sunday and Monday. I contacted McCormick and after speaking with their answering service immediately received a call from the company. They were able to get a tech to my house on Sunday and were transparent about weekend/emergency service fee. Their tech, Justin, arrived on time Sunday morning, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and got the system up and running and provided me with tips on how to maintain the system through the heat of summer. Excellent company, excellent tech. I will use them again!
I was able to get on the schedule for the same day for an a/c tune-up. The technician communicated well and arrived during the scheduled time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and performed a complete check and clean up of a/c unit.
Anthony was awesome! Showed up on time , took care of my heating issue, and followed up with me later to see if there was anything else he could assist me with. Great work guys, thank you
