I’ve been in my 50 year old house for 6 years and had never had the ducts cleaned. The previous owners smoked cigarettes in the house. Who knows when the ducts had been cleaned before. My appointment was for 10 am. I did receive a call saying Tech was delayed. Technician didn't get here until 10:48. He did a good job, but the delay sure messed up my day. Maybe spread out appointments more.
