We have recently started to attend class at Legacy and have been very happy with it! Our kids have been really enjoying the classes and we love that my husband and I can attend as well.

Reviews
Mr Strong and the staff is awesome! The classes have been fun for my kiddo and his confidence has blossomed. I love the options for classes throughout the week and Saturday. I highly recommend signing up for a class for your kid or yourself.
The women's safety and self defence class was great for my two teen daughters and myself.
Mr. Strong taught us moves to protect ourselves and then we got to practice kicking and hitting as well as talking about how to be aware of our surroundings. I am no longer going to park far away from the store to get my steps in!
I am happy to say my 16 year old really got a lot out of it especially the keep fighting and screaming, it's not a one and done hit.
