So patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We had a terrible reason to have to go to an emergency vet but they did everything in their power to help us, we’re responsive and so kind. Really recommend them.
The staff and everyone I encountered was very was nice, polite, helpful and considerate of mine and my dogs emotions and the well-being of us and others around. My 3yr old pitty mix is shy and skittish so she can be reactive to men and other animals. The care team was very thoughtful in making sure we felt secure.
I first met VEG - Edgewater as a nursing intern, but came back as a client with my cat who wasn’t feeling well. Experiencing the place as an emotional, brain-scrambled pet parent was such a relief. They got us in right away, did everything possible to make my cat comfortable, and got us through tests and treatments extremely quickly and compassionately. Dr. Stephanie Bronsther, Vet Assistant Kelly, and Nurse Jordan were absolute angels to me and my cat. Also Dr. Gadson and Amy at the front desk were so helpful in getting my initial questions answered on the phone and getting me and my cat checked in! Truly a great patient experience in every way.
