I can remember the first day that I went to persevernece. I was terrified, didn't know what I was doing but my friend invited me and introduced me to Courtney. He was very welcoming and helped ease my anxiety. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. I've never seen results like I have now! The community is welcoming and supportive.

I go 4-6 times a week, and I love the energy the trainers bring to every session—they’re so encouraging and make sure everyone is pushing themselves while still maintaining good form.
As someone who’s never really been a gym goer but wanted to get more active, F45 has helped me build confidence and strength. I even double up on classes some Wednesdays because I enjoy it so much! The community is supportive, and it’s great to feel part of a group that’s so motivated.“

Carlos knows exactly how to push me without overdoing it, and the fitness plan is realistic but challenging. I even signed up for nutrition, and for the first time, I’m actually following a plan I don’t hate.

They keep the place spotless and in check- even the bathrooms! I’ve never had issues finding the equipment I need, except for a short wait during peak hours. Overall, couldn’t ask much more of a gym. Clean. Useful. Anytime has a convert in me, if other locations are even half this pleasant.“

1525 Raleigh St #120, Denver“I had a great experience during the intro week- At first understanding the workouts was a bit hard but if you ask for help everyone (and I mean everyone) is willing to help you and cheer you on! I really liked how every workout felt different- I was a bit apprehensive about the 45 mins (vs an hour) BUT I grew to love it! I love getting to be efficient with my time, and get in and out and truly truly get my butt kicked in the meantime. You can make any workout harder by increasing weights or reps which I LOVED! I didn't feel like I had to keep up with anyone, more so, we are all doing a hard thing side-by-side and it was honestly a great feeling :)“

“CrossFit Wynkoop is a great gym! The owners, Ryan and Bailey, make a very clear effort to ensure everybody who walks through the door feels like family. I'd never done CrossFit prior to joining and all the coaches were extremely attentive and would help me feel comfortable with the Olympic lifts. If you're new to the area or to CrossFit I can't recommend this place enough!“

“I’ve been working with Scott for about a year now and have been incredibly impressed with my experience and the progress I’ve made with him! As a 40-something father of two young kids who was working a stressful job, I made the intentional decision to work on myself - both physically and emotionally. Fitness to me had only been focused on cardio. I knew I wanted to get stronger, but with limited experience with strength training, didn’t know how to go about it. Enter Scott - he is an incredible teacher who was coached me through proper form on a variety of exercises, while keeping me motivated and holding me accountable. Even more importantly, he’s a great dude who is fun to work out with. Through weekly session (2x or 3x), regular cardio, focus on diet and monthly check-ins and measurements (including In Body scans), I’ve seen a real improvement in my strength and my lean body mass and most importantly, I feel healthier. As a recreational skier, I’d often dread the leg burn I’d feel my first couple times out each season. This season, thanks to my leg work with Scott - no burn! I’m looking forward to our continued work and am confident it’s helping me be a healthier parent and a healthier person!“
