“I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. He was determined to get it fixed right. He did a terrific job and got our hot water back up and running. Recommend them highly!“
