When dealing with a broken gas water heater I wanted someone I could trust and that’s exactly what I got from Mike. Hopped on a FaceTime with him and he diagnosed the issue and was extremely transparent with all my options. A few hours later I had a water heater, expansion tank, and venting professionally installed and the whole area genuinely looks so perfect.
