Josh S was so helpful and friendly! We had to get our water heater replaced and upon looking at it he was quickly able to see and explain how the previous company installed it improperly and the negative impacts that was having on our water pressure and temperatures. All of that is fixed now thanks to him!!
Had my annual inspection today, Matthew Martinez, Calvin Ward, and Nic Periman were amazing. They provide great details on how all my systems were going. Even my husky was happy with their work.
I went through Swan Heating before I called this company. They sent out a technician named Jeremy. I completely explained my situation with him regarding my air conditioning unit. He DID NOT go looking for UNNECESSARY stuff. He addressed the problem EXACTLY as I explained it. This is a VERY VERY HONEST technician. If you all are looking for an HONEST company use Top Shelf. I'm sure glad I did. THANK YOU JEREMY! You are a GREAT person.
