While taking care of a neighbors house we noticed a pipe had burst in their back yard. By complete chance, a High 5 Plumbing technician's truck was parked on the street for another job, and when we flagged him down, he was more than happy to help us out. While we were scrambling to figure out what to do, he quickly shut off the mainline and helped double check the interior of the house for water damage. He also helped drain the rest of the house to ensure we wouldn't have any future issues. He was an absolute lifesaver, and knew exactly what to do. I will surely give High 5 Plumbing our business the next time we need to hire a pro.

We had a broken kitchen faucet and a clogged shower drain. I was easily able to schedule an appointment for a convenient time through the website. The communication leading up to the appointment was very clear and I appreciated being able to text a few questions I had ahead of time which were also thoroughly answered.Morgan Lowell was the technician we worked with and he was great!
