Ruben came out to my home in Englewood, listened carefully while I explained that I had been needing my septic tank pumped every few months because of an ongoing drain field problem, and he immediately approached it like an experienced pro. Other plumbers and septic contractors had made it sound like I would need a full drain field replacement for a very high cost. Ruben took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and explained that a repair might solve the issue instead of replacing the whole system. He gave me a fair estimate, I approved it, and he got right to work. About an hour later, he asked me to come outside and showed me exactly what was going on. The drain field connection had come apart, and with a proper cleaning and reconnecting of the line, the system could work correctly again. I really appreciated how clearly he explained the pipes, the blockage, and the repair process in simple terms. It was obvious he knew septic and drain field work inside and out. What impressed me most was his honesty. Once he found that the repair was less involved than first expected, he reduced the price from what we had originally agreed on. I used an online service to compare plumbing quotes, and they were the first to respond with a clear price to snake the 3-4 inch sewer line from the outside cleanout, up to 65 feet, with a one-hour cap. They also included a camera inspection to check for any deeper sewer problems, with the note that the trap might block access to the downstream line, which is what happened. The drain is flowing properly again, and the final cost matched the quoted amount. Overall, it was a smooth and professional plumbing service, and I am now thinking about having them replace the old sewer line since it has been an ongoing issue for a long time.“

“bentley did an excellent job removing our old shower and tub hardware in both bathrooms and installing the new fixtures i had wanted for a long time. peyton & sons plumbers company handled the work professionally from start to finish. he showed great work ethic, solid plumbing skill, and careful craftsmanship when cutting the drywall to create an access panel for the pipes. the job was completed on time, everything was cleaned up well, and the whole area looked neat when he finished. now one tub holds water properly again, the other no longer drips, and all the new hardware works exactly as it should. we also had a water heater replacement done before, and based on these great results, we would gladly use them again for any future plumbing repairs or fixture installation.“
