One of the plumbers wanted me to not use manufacturer warranty and pay for my own part on top of labor which was very odd . After searching through Navien website , I found they have a certified technician and after speaking with many I felt Andrew was best fit because he sounded professional and reasonable. He was on call with Navien found the issue and replaced the part which he had handy with him as well as found another major issue. He was able to get that part as well through Navien. He was very cooperative and made my case with Navien. Unfortunately labor wasn't included with warranty but none the less price quoted and service provided was exemplary.
