Chelsea was so good about keeping us updated with his progress. We came home to a "new" dog. We can't get over how effective his training was with Chelsea and Pavlov's. “We have been patients of Huron Animal Hospital since 1997 and have always been happy with the Veterinarians knowledge and care. Dr. Grossinger and Dr. Welling always go above and beyond, both are wonderful veterinarians. The facility is clean and accessible. Through the years the front desk staff have came and gone, but currently there are two AMAZING staff! Sally and Brittany are knowledgeable, welcoming, courteous, kind, and did I say AMAZING!!! “[edit] Understaffed and higher turnover than many others which leads to staff not really knowing procedure, causing up to 20min wait times, obscure charges, and not honoring reasonable requests or expectations. Pressures for tips at checkouts but it’s unclear if my dog actually gets what’s agreed on (like food specifics or pool time). Everyone is friendly and it’s still a good option, but I’m better off making the drive to the many options in surrounding areas for better service at a better price.

My dog Tank loves this place, we’ve been going for the past year. he’s excited to get dropped off and he is much calmer and more content in the days after I pick him up because he got so much human attention and stimulation! The staff is overjoyed to see him and everyone recognizes him and knows his name.
