Michael completely transformed Luby, our 1.5 year old cattle dog/kelpie. He utilizes a true animal behaviorist approach. As owners, we had a lot to work on as well. After about 6 sessions and our daily work, she is a night and day different dog! Thank you Michael for your expertise!!“

“Pros: easy access from i70, plenty of parking, seating for guests, toys for children, drink fridge, yellow ribbons for nervous animals, nice exam rooms, reasonable boarding for cats and dogs. Not pushy on putting your pet on 18 different medications and willing to work with you to make your pet comfortable

“I could not be more pleased with the service provided by BBI! My baby Ozzy did not want to leave when he went in for his evaluation. He was happily exhausted from playing in the pool and finding new friends. They kept him over four days while we were out of state and I love to be able to see him in the play yard. I can’t wait to take him back again. And an added bonus was he came home exhausted and fell right asleep.“
