Matt, Jesse, and the entire boarding team/staff at Bear Valley once again were there for us! Kenzie & Cooper always have a blast at the pet resort, are very well taken care of, and we know they are being treated like family. This allows us to have peace of mind while we are away from them.
My dog has done a few boarding stays at Bear Valley Vet Pet Resort, and I have been so happy with their service. She can be pretty anxious with new people and places, but she walked back happily her last stay. All of the staff have been great, and they have updated me throughout her longer stays with report cards. Big thanks from Willow & me!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff were some of the sweetest, most compassionate people, & it was so clear how much they genuinely care about every animal they work with. They treated the animals with so much patience, kindness, & love, it was incredibly comforting to see. Thank you for taking such amazing care of them & for creating such a caring environment! ❤
