“It’s hard to articulate how grateful I am for Flash and for Ali! I rescued a 2yr old husky mix over the summer and brought her to flash for the 3-week training program a few weeks after bringing her home. My dog (Phoebe) was struggling w/ overall anxiety, severe separation anxiety, and on-leash dog reactivity. Flash helped her so much — but also helped ME so much. I feel so equipped to give her the structure and guidance she needs to be happy — which has helped each of her behavioral struggles get so much better week over week and month over month. Having the follow up training and support has also been beyond helpful — when something new pops up, Ali has helped me resolve it in minutes. “I brought my 4 year old dog here once for boarding and really liked it. My dog had her own little area and the staff really enjoyed her. I do wish there was doggy group play as an option but maybe there wasn’t because the time I took her was when a canine virus was going around the state of CO. I do want to mention they took tons of precaution and I super appreciate that with making sure that my dog was vaccinated fully and so were the others. I’m excited to use their service again for boarding and maybe even training. They are passionate about the animals they work with - that was obvious!“
“Customer service was great, you have to pay an extra $15 for the express wash or else they leave your dog for several hours in a crate while they dry and they work on other dogs. Other than having to pay extra for the express feature, we had a good experience. Staff was very friendly and kind and she left with a nice bandana around her neck.“
