THAT’s an incredible business owner! He was able to get her in the next day. She has only been there a few days, and the staff’s dedication to her has already been made apparent.

Every day, I’m sent multiple vlog-like videos of what they’re up to at the training facility, and how I can implement their lessons at home to ensure consistency. “I brought in my daughter's hamster due to an issue with his ear. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and vet were very compassionate and presented me with a variety of treatment options. Unfortunately, the issue was not something that could be effectively treated and was related to old age. My daughter said she felt much better after having a chance to speak with the vet about her pet. All in all, a great experience.“
