“We had a great experience at Great Clips in Arvada Ridge! Stephanie did an amazing job on my hair. She has been cutting our hair for years and we will continue. She was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. The haircut turned out exactly how I hoped, and the whole visit was quick and comfortable. I am very picky about my hair and I will not let anyone else cut my hair. It’s hard to find someone who consistently does such a great job, and Stephanie definitely does. “Landing in this salon was a happy accident! I really needed a cut and color and I had no idea what to expect when coming in. The atmosphere was comfortable. Since I was a walk in I got to relax in the waiting area. The area is more like a lounge with a couch and coffee table. Joy was my stylist, however, I also watched the other stylist and they all really seemed to listen to their clients. They were professional yet personal and the stylist were friendly with each other as well. It was so nice to be engaged with, instead of ignored. You could say they seem a great team and I'm sure turnover is low at this place. The price was great and I was able to tip nicely because it was affordable! I have gone back and had my son get his hair cut here too! He has sensory issues and they were so kind and respectful of him that we will be going back! He asks about when he is getting his hair cut because they made him feel so respected and special! This is huge, because it has been difficult to get him to get a haircut for many years! I'm not sure about the many years old, bad reviews. Reading them is such a disconnect from the reality at this salon now. Please check them out. Definitely 5 stars for sure!“
